3HCloud is a US-registered provider (3HCLOUD LLC, Hollywood, Florida) that launched in 2020 and runs OpenStack-based cloud servers from five locations: Miami, Dallas, San Francisco, Warsaw and Manila.
The catalogue is a single published price list: four instance families (shared vCPU, plus dedicated-vCPU general-purpose, CPU-optimized and memory-optimized), block storage sold separately by IOPS class, network load balancers and elastic bandwidth. Dedicated servers and colocation are quote-only through sales.

Is storage included in the monthly price?expand_more
No. The price covers vCPU and RAM only. System and attached disks are billed separately at the same rate, from $0.01/GB per month (SSD Lite, 1,000 IOPS) to $0.10/GB (SSD Ultra, 25,000 IOPS). The minimum system disk is 16 GiB for Linux and 40 GiB for Windows.
Does a plan come with a public IP address?expand_more
IPv6 is free. A dedicated public IPv4 address costs $1/month extra, so the figures in the table above are compute-only.
How is traffic billed?expand_more
Every instance includes 1 Gbit/s. There is no cap on traffic volume - you pay per Mbps of average speed above the included gigabit, and the rate depends on the region (Manila is roughly three times the US and EU rate). Flat-rate unmetered bandwidth is sold separately, from $50/month per 100 Mbps.
Can I pay by the hour?expand_more
Yes. Every instance in the price list carries an hourly rate as well as a monthly one, from $0.0022/hour for the smallest shared plan.
Is Windows extra?expand_more
Yes. Linux images are free, Windows adds $3 per core per month and is only supported on instances with 2 vCPUs or more.
Are there backups?expand_more
Yes, as a paid add-on. Creating a backup is free, stored data is billed at $0.012 per GiB per month, and backups run on a schedule you define. Volume snapshots are available too.
Is there a money-back guarantee?expand_more
No. 3HCloud's terms state that fees are non-refundable; the SLA compensates confirmed downtime with service credits rather than cash.
